ABOUT KIM

I was born and raised in Le Sueur (nee Dahn). My family resides in Le Sueur and consists of my husband Steve, our children Mitch, Max and Elle and our yellow lab, Shania. We relocated back to Le Sueur in 2000 after living in the Maple Grove/Rogers area for 20 plus years.

I am a professional and energetic Realtor committed to providing a positive experience for my clients. In 2007, in a very challenging real estate market, I was named Top Producer by Re/Max Dynamic Associates and recognized in the Top 1% for Minnesota Re/Max (see Press Release tab)!

I hold a Real Estate Brokers license and am a Graduate of Real Estate Institute. I have earned the distinction of being named a Re/Max 100% Club award winner since my first year with this company in 2004. I am also a Miracle Associate, donating a percentage of each commission to the Children's Miracle Network, staying local at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul.

My clients value my legal background, as I was a paralegal in downtown Minneapolis for 18 years prior to my relocation to Le Sueur. I have also acted as an advocate for the vulnerable, being a court-appointed guardian in the metro area from 1998-2006. Truly, it is my passion to help people!

Knowing your community is key in real estate. There is no better way to know the community and the people, than by being involved. I have been or am currently involved with Rotary (board), Girl Scouts, Dollars For Scholars (board), First Lutheran Church, Chamber of Commerce (Expo committee), Blandin Community Leadership, Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation, school classroom volunteer, LSH Facilities Steering Committee and trained Jr. Great Books facilitator.
